Yipes... Here is a recipe page that has 100+ versions of Silk Pie! Yum. I don't think I've sampled enough variants to be all that picky. (I did that with Pecan pie the first year we lived in "The.South." We age two pies a week for about a month and a half before our Thanksgiving feast. We had to waddle to the table.
