And now only the parts in shade still remain.
Lovely views - this is the compensation in Winter for those horrible colds and flus!
I love the snow, it always makes the world look clean and new.
My son's first impression, having no memory of seeing it before, was this "Today is the best day of my life," I hope we get enough over the weekend for him to enjoy it.
Fab photos Sweetie.
Snow in November! Is this what you can see from your house? Lovely lovely photos.
Thank you all for appreciating my photos.
Thanks johnnynorms - I try to avoid the colds and flus unless I need one!
wild mother lightning - yes I too love the clean look snow brings. I hope your son has fun over the weekend!
andrea - the snow has gone here, some parts of the country are in chaos though. And yes we are very lucky with the views from our house.
I love the picture of the trees! I wish it would snow here (bay area)
Does it ever snow in the Bay Area? My geography is a bit rusty ...
Great photos, Caro!
It looks like the snow will be coming back soon!
It is cold enough for it!
Exquisite photographs, you have spectacular views!! We are getting ready for a very hot summer and bush fires - your world looks alien to me :)
No, the snows haven't come this morning (Saturday)... And it feels milder!
How lovely.
The word 'snow' has this clean, soft, hushed sound.
I can imagine wild mother's little boy saying it's the best day of his life.
caroline i love your photos and it makes me feel holidayish to see them!
Cream - have you had any snow? We're completely clear here now and just had rain today.
Thanks anonymous - we are lucky here - and of course I've been selective about what I show! I'm sure your world would look alien to me.
GG - snow does just that! When I was little we were allowed to stay up late to play in the snow if there was any - which made it extra special for us!
valgalart - a bit of frosting and snow does that doesn't it!
Thanks for coming and seeing a glimpse of my world!
