Paint it out

Grief

Last night I dreamt of a friend who died in an accident two and a half years ago. Talking about this with a new friend who'd never met the old one, she suggested I may still have grief to release. So this is an expression of that.

I think that what has come is more a release of other past griefs.

And I feel pretty good now!

  3. Thanks kat.

Yes Cream I recognise some of them but not all - I think the blue dancing being is the actual joy of crying, of release.

  4. I'm glad you got some release from your grief through painting.

I see a lot of of light and beauty here, too.

A friend of mine told me once that emotion is energy in motion. This picture reminds me of that.

  5. Thank you wandering coyote. A good way of putting it. And energy that is stuck, becomes a block.

  7. This is a great exercise. I can see how this would help. I too love the blue. I may try this to realease the sorrow I have of my nephew who died of cancer. Thanks for this.
